Find a Rehabilitation Professional
The AARV is proud to have a diverse membership population, all of whom are passionate about veterinary rehabilitation. Current AARV members include veterinarians, interns/residents (veterinarians pursuing advanced postgraduate education), veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants and licensed allied health professionals.
This online directory is provided as a service to both the AARV membership and the general public, but does not in any way guarantee the level of care in any facility.
- AARV members with designations of CCAT, CCRP, CCRT, CCRV, CCRVN, CCRVT CERP, or CVMRT have completed postgraduate education program specific to rehabilitation therapy training, which typically exceeds 120 hours of coursework.
- AARV members who hold the credentials of Diplomates of the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation (DACVSMR) are experts in the field who have completed a postgraduate residency program and successfully passed a board certification examination in sports medicine and rehabilitation from the American Veterinary Medical Association – American Board of Veterinary Specialties (AVBS).
- Several AARV members may not have initials after their names, indicating that they have not completed formal rehabilitation therapy training. It is the responsibility of members to notify the AARV if their status changes so that the information listed remains current.
